Villa Splendore is a little and nice family- run farm holiday, built on the love for nature and on the respect of the eco-system. You will find, not only accommodation and restaurant, but a real “green” life-style, based on organic farming and gardening. We prepare food with fresh, organic and seasonable ingredients, following ancient recipes from Sicilian countryside tradition. Particularly, you could taste artichokes-based dishes, the greatest speciality of this area.

Our aim is to promote sustainable tourism and raise awareness among our customers, about recycle, healthy food and respect for nature. It is possible to spend a whole day or a longer period of time, discovering our multitude of flowers, enjoying the swimming-pool in summer, visiting our museum of rural life. It’s the perfect place where to take a break and restore your spirit.
